1. Payments first then we will start doing your commission. (Please contact us through twitter)2. We will not do the commission if we feel like we are uncomfortable or not confident in doing it.3. No refunds but if we haven't started on the commission yet then you can have a refund.7. It will take us around 5 days - 2 months to complete your commission depending on how complex it is.8.
